As the Head of Customer Success, Elizabeth provides guidance and leadership through the onboarding process, leads strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing adoption and retention and personally oversees every stage of the client’s partnership with ANI to ensure a positive, convenient and impactful experience. Elizabeth is a two-time graduate of The Ohio State University, earning her BA in Psychology and MA in Workforce Development and Adult Education with a Specialization in Human Resource Development.
